Lone Cypress Synopsis

Meet the main characters of the story  

Cypress Cromwell was once a high energy, out-going woman until she was stricken with colon cancer and a poor prognosis. Hopeless and resentful, she isolates herself in order to plan the future for her young blind daughter. But, through the eyes of her blind child, she discovers that each day should be lived with joy, love, family, and friends. Learn more…

Filming Locations

Atlanta, GA

Most of the filming will be completed in Hotlanta. Locations include restaurant (outside area), Petunia's parents home, Mimosa's home, law office, medical clinic (outside), doctor's office, clinical examination room, elementary school, cell phone store, and limousine.

Detroit, MI

Petunia's apartment home will be filmed in a downtown condominium in Detroit. The condo is 3,000 sf with four levels that open to the ground level.

North Georgia

Cypress' home will be located in the beautiful landscape of North Georgia. The hills are amazing and will bring a wonderful display of aesthetics to the movie.
